Monday to Friday: 6:30am to 4:30pm

Saturdays: 9am to 5pm

Sundays: 10am to 5pm

Fitness Dock Classes


We do HIIT classes, Pump and Sculpt, EMOM and Stretch Sessions

No previous experience required, all welcome, members and non-members. Please book class below. 8 Euro per class for a drop - in.


High intensity impact training, or HIIT, is a regular class that’s open to both members and non-members. Also known as circuit training, you don’t need any previous experience or to be super-fit to take part in a HIIT class. However, as you get fitter you can push yourself harder as you improve cardio-respiratory fitness and it’s perfect to add to your other methods of exercise (walking, gym or weight training). Here’s what HIIT does: 

  • Torches fat and calories and boosts your metabolism

  • Improves heart strength and health

  • Keeps blood sugar in check (can help control blood sugar in people with type 2 diabetes better than continuous long-endurance exercise)

  • Burns more fat in less time than long endurance exercise

  • Improves anaerobic and aerobic fitness

  • EPOC (Excessive Post Oxygen Consumption): Your body keeps burning calories for HOURS - up to 10 hours longer than an hour’s run

Wicklow Strength & Fitness is the biggest gym in Wickow Town and we have a number of fully qualified, trained and highly experienced personal trainers available to help you define and then reach your personal strength and fitness goals.

Naturally, we are the CrossFit experts, but we have expertise in everything from powerlifting to wrestling, HIIT to running. Tell us what you’d like to do:
