WSF Barbell Club has its home in Wicklow Strength & Fitness and is a great way to increase your strength and perfect performance. Classes are run by Coach Clara, who will make you stronger quicker and are open to everyone - from beginner to competitor.

Join WSF Barbell Club and you’ll learn powerlifting techniques such as bench press, deadlift and back squat along with Olympic lifts, snatch and clean & jerk as you benefit from WSF lifting programmes.
